On Thursday, October 28th, HSPRD Partner William Schiller and Associate Naiara Testai presented a virtual seminar to international students, faculty, and staff at the University of Missouri – Columbia as part of an ongoing series of educational programs on employment-based pathways to immigration in the United States for students and scholars. Over 100 individuals attended this seminar in which Mr. Schiller provided an update on “hot topics” in immigration law, and spoke on pathways to immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the immigration system in the United States.
