USCIS has announced expansion of premium processing. Starting today, January 30, 2022, the Service will expand premium processing to new I-140 petitions filed in the E13 multinational executive and manager category as well as the E21 National Interest Waiver category. The Service has also stated that in March it will expand premium processing to certain F-1 students seeking Optional Practical Training (OPT) or STEM OPT extensions where their current application is still pending. In April, the Service will expand premium processing to all F-1 students seeking initial OPT or OPT STEM extensions and filing initial employment authorization applications.
