Scheuerlein will be one of the panelists presenting “We must keep our eyes open”: Recent Changes in Attorney General and BIA Decisions during 2022 AILA’s Midwinter Virtual Conference: Advanced Business and Removal/Family held on February 3rd, 2022. These include family-based immigration issues, waivers, naturalization, asylum, consular processing, and appeals.  She represents clients in removal proceedings before the Department of Homeland Security, including clients with various criminal issues.
