On February 5, 2017, HSPRD’s Kalman Resnick spoke in front of over 2,000 attendees at the Islamic Foundation Mosque in Villa Park about the issues that are impacting the Muslim community today. Along with Mr. Resnick, many other community leaders expressed their support, including Senator Dick Durbin. The Islamic Foundation is a non-profit organization which was founded in 1974 that provides education in an atmosphere of faith. This organization helps prepare students to become life-long learners and contributing members to society.
