On June 18, 2022, HSPRD’s Shareholder and head of our immigration practice group, Kalman D. Resnick , will be presenting at the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) Annual Conference in New York City. All six of the attorneys in our immigration practice group are attending this four-day in-person conference where they will be participating in specialized sessions in various areas of immigration law. Mr. Resnick will be among the panelists presenting on “The Intersection of Union Organizing, Workers Rights, and Immigration Law” which will focus on immigration issues impacting union organizing and the defense of the labor and employment rights of workers.
