HSPRD’S Larry Blust represents Nuclear Development, LLC which entered into a contract to purchase the partially completed Bellefonte Nuclear Plant ( Bellefonte) from the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) at auction and will invest up to an additional $13 billion to complete construction of the nuclear energy facility, beginning in 2017. The facility is located in Hollywood, Alabama.
The project is expected to create between 3,000 and 4,000 temporary construction jobs and an estimated 2,000 permanent, high paying jobs once operational.
