HSPRD Lawyers Speak To Law Students About The False Claim Act

HSPRD lawyers Juliet Berger White and Kate Schwartz presented on the False Claims Act to law students at the University of Illinois College of Law in a class “Compliance, Ethics, and Professional Responsibility.”  In their  presentation, “Ethical and Best Practice Issues When Representing Whistleblowers in FCA Cases,” they discussed the ethical issues that arise in representing whistleblowers in qui tam litigation.

Juliet Berger-White and Kate Schwartz are lawyers with Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd.  They represent whistleblowers in evaluating and pursuing their claims under the False Claims Act.
