Socol had this to say about the recognition, “I greatly appreciate this recognition and honor given to me by Leading Lawyers and my peers. When we founded the firm, our goal was not only to provide excellent representation to clients but to support women, diversity, and equality. I am proud to say we try our best at this endeavor. In addition to being a lawyer, I believe in philanthropy. I proudly have served on the Executive Committee for the Friends of Prentice for at least 15 years. The organization supports physicians and researchers at Northwestern Medicine who are devoted to improving women’s health and the health of infants. As a member of the Executive Committee of ABOTA, I am pleased to assist with civic opportunities in support of the Jury system. My belief is to approach any endeavor with heart, soul, and passion.
