Prior to joining HSPRD, Robert worked at a number of other litigation firms that specialized in creditor rights and real estate litigation.

Robert P. McMurray is an Associate at Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. Mr. McMurray is a graduate of DePauw University and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. As an undergraduate, Robert was a member of the school’s Parliamentary Debate team and appeared in public debates on campus against National teams from Britain and Japan. During law school, Robert worked as a student clinician with the Business Law Clinic helping small businesses and not-for-profit organizations incorporate under Illinois law. He joined the firm in 2021.
