In recognition of National Native American Heritage Month, HSPRD celebrates and honors the culture and vital advocacy of Native American peoples in Chicago and across the nation. Chicago is home to one of the largest urban Native American populations in the United States, and HSPRD acknowledges that our firm and this city stand on unceded land originally inhabited by the Anishnaabe Tribes of Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi, as well as the Ho-Chunk, Kaskaskia, Kiikaapoi, Mascouten, Menominee, Meskwaki, Myaamia, and Peoria Nations.
