HSPRD Partner Ian Wagreich spoke at the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Upper Midwest Immigration Law Conference, recently. Ian spoke on a panel discussion titled “EAD Options & Related Student Challenges.” The event hosted several other panels that were engaged in-depth discussions on how to handle hurdles resulting from years of immigration policy stagnation. The event was jointly hosted by the Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and The Advocates for Human Rights.
Ian has focused on business-related immigration law for nearly twenty years and has become nationally recognized as a leading voice in that area. His practice encompasses a wide breadth of business-related immigration topics, including non-immigrant work visas, employment based permanent residence, labor certification, and employer sanctions and he speaks frequently on these and other immigration-related topics.
