HSPRD was proud to sponsor the ISBA’s CLE program on July 20, 2022, entitled, “Techniques to Improve Gender Communication,” featuring McDermott Will & Emery Partner Andrea (Andie) Kramer and Founding Partner Al Harris of Ungaretti & Harris, the award-winning authors of Breaking Through Bias: Communication Techniques for Women to Succeed at Work. The sold-out program was presented by the ISBA Standing Committee on Women & The Law and co-sponsored by the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois. HSPRD Shareholder Deane B. Brown moderated the informative event.
Andie and Al provided attendees with valuable advice on words and phrases to both use and eliminate from their communications to be more confident and compelling speakers. HSPRD’s shareholder Deane B.
