We are excited to announce that Shareholder Deane B. Brown will be co-presenting a webinar for the Illinois State Bar Association’s upcoming CLE program titled, “Selling Yourself: How to Advocate for Promotions,” presented by the ISBA’s Standing Committee on Women & The Law.
The virtual roundtable presentation will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 12-1pm. The three women presenters are in the legal profession and will be discussing their personal experiences in reaching the top of their respective fields in government, public interest/non-profit, and in private practice. During the webinar, attendees will learn how to advocate for promotions, how to navigate office culture and politics, and how to ask for an increase in salary. The seminar qualifies for 1.0 hour MCLE credit, including 1.0 hour Diversity & Inclusion credit (subject to approval).
