He has strong practice experience in trademark and copyright matters; advertising & marketing; licensing; domestic and foreign manufacture, marketing, sales, and distribution of consumer and industrial goods; real property transactions; contract management; insurance defense and coverage; corporate compliance; consumer product recall; regulatory issues; and litigation in state and federal courts. He served as an Illinois Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Fraud Bureau enforcing compliance with the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, Unfair Trade Practices Act, and Retail Advertising Regulations. He joined the firm in the summer of 2022.
