Ms. Miller is a graduate of the nationally recognized English department at the University of Iowa and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, Elizabeth was a fellow in the Institute of Consumer Antitrust Studies and now sits as an U.S. advisory board member for the Institute. Additionally, she worked as an editor of the Consumer Law Review while a student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
Prior to joining HSPRD, Elizabeth worked on intercompany royalty and licensing agreements from a transfer pricing and tax perspective, represented defendants in copyright infringement cases, and handled various clients’ intellectual property needs, specifically handling trademark registration and maintenance.
