Prior to joining HSPRD, Andrew gained significant experience as an associate at several highly regarded Chicago-based and regional litigation firms, where he represented health care professionals and other attorneys in professional liability matters, defended toxic tort and premises liability claims, and advised corporate clients in operational issues and commercial transactions. This practice enables Andrew to assist our firm’s clients with liability claims from the initial investigation stage through discovery, motion practice, pre-trial conferences or mediation, and trial. In addition to his litigation practice, Andrew has advised clients in corporate formation and operations matters and is also a licensed real estate title agent.
Andrew is an adjunct member of the Advocacy Department at Loyola University of Chicago, where he previously earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration. At Loyola, he was named a Rose Kennedy Scholar and a consistent member of the Dean’s List, was voted President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society after founding an independent team to compete at the National Baseball Arbitration Competition at Tulane University, and helped coach the mock trial teams at Hirsch Metropolitan High School in Englewood and Richards Career Academy High School in Back of the Yards. A lifelong Chicagoan, Andrew graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University prior to attending graduate school.
