HSPRD partner Adam Snyder was recently confirmed as faculty for a three-day conference in Las Vegas this October. The fourth annual “Birth Injuries & the Law: Clinical Challenges and Medical Malpractice” draws attendees throughout the United States and is hosted by Contemporary Forums, a nationally recognized medical education provider. Adam, together with a panel of leading physicians, nurses, and attorneys from around the country will discuss hot topics in birth trauma litigation, how to promote best practices in obstetrical care, and prevent birth injury lawsuits. The conference is open to nurses, nurse practitioners, midwives, physicians, attorneys and other professionals. About 500 participants are expected.
Adam focuses his practice on the defense of hospitals, nurses, and physicians in medical malpractice matters. The majority of his practice concentrates on the defense of birth trauma and wrongful death matters and issues involving women’s health. He has defended more than 70 medical malpractice matters, about half of which involved perinatal or neonatal injuries or death.
Full details about the conference can be found in the conference brochure.
