HSPRD and co-counsel the American Civil Liberties Union and Ozment Law have settled a lawsuit filed on behalf of victims of a warrantless raid in Nashville, Tennessee, by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and Metropolitan Nashville Police Department officers.
