HSPRD and CAIR-Chicago Sue DHS over Vetting Program Documents

Yesterday, HSPRD along with the Chicago office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Chicago) filed a federal lawsuit against the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The lawsuit is seeking documents related to a secret government vetting program for citizenship applications, the Controlled Application Review & Resolution Program also known as “CARRP.”
