In recent news, two federal courts have ruled against the administration’s efforts to terminate DACA, while one has ruled that the administration efforts in this regard are not unlawful. With such uncertainty surrounding the DACA program, it’s important to stress the urgency for recipients to seek confidential legal advice about DACA renewal.
