HSPRD shareholder and president, Matthew Piers spoke about the False Claims Act, and the encouragement and protection of whistleblowers on March 30th at the Fourth European Symposium on Ethics and Governance held at the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. This event was co-sponsored by the OECD and the Université de Cergy-Pontoise. Mr. Piers was one of two US lawyers to present at the two-day conference.
