At the invitation of the Chicago City Council’s Finance Committee, HSPRD shareholder Joshua Karsh will testify before the Committee on June 15, 2016, in support of a proposed ordinance that would prevent companies that do business with the City from using or enforcing forced arbitration clauses in their agreements with customers and employees.
Mr. Karsh practices in the areas of labor and employment, civil rights, general commercial litigation, consumer protection, whistleblower litigation, appeals, insurance coverage and all manner of statutory and common law fraud litigation, with a substantial focus on class action and multi-party complex cases.
