HSPRD’s Ian Wagreich represented the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) recently in a meeting with the Director and the Leadership Team of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to raise issues of concern to the broader immigrant community, including the administration’s efforts to enact administrative immigration reforms. Ian has been a member of AILA’s liaison committee with USCIS for five years, and chaired that committee for three. The committee meets regularly with USCIS HQ to discuss immigration related policy issues.
Ian is a Partner at Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym and is a nationally recognized immigration attorney with a practice concentrating on employment-related immigration. In addition to serving on AILA’s USCIS HQ liaison committee, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Council, one of the nation’s leading voices helping to shape a 21st century vision of American immigration.
