On February 20, 2017, HSPRD’s Kalman Resnick spoke at this year’s NELA Seventh Circuit Conference. Mr. Resnick emphasized the significance of the recent attack on Muslim and undocumented immigrants for Employment Lawyers and educated the attendees on how they should respond to the current legal situation.
NELA is the country’s first and only bar association that is exclusively made up of lawyers who primarily represent individuals in employment-related matters. This organization promotes employment rights through public policy, legislation, and other activities.
