On May 5, 2017, HSPRD’s Kalman Resnick and Ian Wagreich spoke at the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) Spring Ethics Conference in Chicago. Mr. Resnick spoke on advising clients in an atmosphere of instability and lack of predictability in the immigration system caused by the current political climate. Mr. Wagreich discussed balancing your ethical obligations towards employers and their employees when responding to government requests for information.
Mr. Resnick and Mr. Wagreich are both longstanding members of AILA. It is a national association of more than 14,000 attorneys and legal professionals who practice and teach immigration law.
