Donna Socol Helps Raise Over $700,000 at Friends of Prentice’s Benefit

A great success for Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital, its physicians and health care providers during the annual benefit at the Radisson Blue Aqua Hotel. A full house with generous benefactors, delicious food, live and silent auctions, entertainment, dancing. Overall an unforgettable night.

Friends of Prentice, including HSPRD’s founding member and shareholder, Donna Socol, hosted a Casablanca-themed benefit, raising over $700,000 to fund programs for women and infants at Northwestern Medicine’s Prentice Women’s Hospital during their 33rd annual benefit event on Nov. 3. The event attracted more than 400 supporters who helped fund research, education and patient care programs.

Co-chaired by Meghan Gill, Erica Goldman and Donna Socol, the money raised will help change the future of women’s health care by funding emerging technologies and research. The article was published in the Chicago Tribute (online) Nov. 27 and was printed this past Sunday, December 2nd.
